Guided Mountain Biking
This is designed for the first-time mountain biker. I will introduce the riding and safety basics to you and we’ll ride a beginner-level trail together. Plan on this session lasting two hours.
1:1 Guiding: $40
Group of 2: $30/person
Beginner trail options:
- Castlewood State Park in Ballwin, MO
- Bangert Island in St. Charles, MO
- Indian Camp Creek in Wentzville, MO
- Cliff Cave in South St. Louis County, MO
Pre-req: You must be able to comfortably ride a bicycle.
What to bring: Helmet, sunglasses, shoes that you aren’t worried about getting muddy, padded shorts (not required but much more comfortable for rocky terrain), water, light snack (nuts, banana, etc.), sunblock, bug spray
We'll discuss safety and navigation basics before we begin our trek. Plan on being out for two hours and hiking approximately 5 miles.
Group of 2: $25/person
Group of 3: $20/person
Group of 4: $15/person
There are many trail options to choose from. Local examples include Castlewood State Park in Ellisville and the Lewis & Clark Trail in St. Charles. We will select a trail at the time of reservation.
What to bring: Hiking boots or trail running shoes, water, light snack, sunblock, hat, sunglasses, bug spray
Recurring Sessions/Outdoor Personal Training
These personalized sessions incorporate cardio (mountain biking, hiking, trail running, climbing stairs, etc.) with strength and body weight exercises (push-ups, squats, etc.). We will work together to achieve your specific fitness goal, whether it's to train for a race, improve strength and endurance, or to fit into that pair of jeans.
